Please notify of any incorrect items or refund requests, within 7 days after receipt of shipment.

All refunds will be applied to your original payment method. We do not offer cash back, gift cards or store credit.

Purchaser is responsible for all restocking, up to 25% item cost, and shipping fees for returned items.

The following items are not eligible for return / exchanges:

• Hair Extensions with broken safety seal.

• Headbands, Hair Wraps, Scrunchies & Hair Ties.

Please email info@loveheartextensions.com. for any return and refund inquiry. Please allow up to 3 business days for response before returning items. Once we review your email, you will receive a response and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund inquiry.

MISSING REFUND:

Please allow 5-7 business days to see reimbursement in your bank account. If you have not received a refund, contact your credit card or banking institution to check the status. Certain banks may need more processing time than others before posting on accounts.

Our Hair Extensions

All hair used in our wefts and dreadlock extensions are 100% Human Hair. Staying true to our high standards, we try our absolute best to provide consistency. However, being that we source solely Remy human hair, and have curated custom blends for our extensions, one bundle may not be identical to another. Colors may also slightly vary in tone from what is displayed on our website.

Texture

Our extensions are not chemically straightened. Therefore, the hair we source has a true “beach” wave, giving more body and organic flow to our extensions when worn.

Note: All extensions can be blown dry, straightened and curled with heat. We recommend to apply heat at low temperatures and to remember that too much heat may alter the texture of the hair.

Coloring

All hair & dreadlock extensions can be colored. We recommend to seek a licensed professional for all chemical and color services.

Note: Processing hair increases the risk of damage and could lead to breakage, dryness and tangling due to the increased porosity of the hair. We do not advise the use of blonding products, lighteners, high volume developers or permanent color over colored hair extensions.

Due to the required sanitation and processing of all hair extensions sold to the public, coloring hair extensions may lead to undesirable results, if unfamiliar how hair may react to different ingredients in the products used.

Hair Products

Hair Extensions do not produce natural oils the way our own scalps do. It's necessary to use hair products to supplement for the lack of natural hydration production. Please strand test before using any products on your weft hair or dreadlock extensions. We do not recommend smoothing or hot oil treatments, as this may result in brittleness and breakage.

Look for:

• Shampoos & Conditioners with light oils.
• Leave-in Conditioners
• Heat Protectant

Avoid:

• Excessive usage of blonding / toning shampoos, such as purple shampoo
• Medicated & Dandruff Shampoos
• Multi-purpose Soaps (hair & body wash combo, Castile Soap)
• Hot Water usage when shampooing. We recommend luke warm and cool water.
• Hair Butters & Waxes

Please advise a L+H affiliate for hair product recommendations. Love + Heart will never guarantee results of any product usage. We do our best to educate those carrying and using our line for their services, to make the best recommendations for any products to be used on our hair extensions.

Note: Discoloration of hair may be the result of:

• Color fade (as some colors are reached with a coloring process before distribution to L + H)

• Sun Exposure

• Hair Products

• Body sprays

• Makeup

• Oils ( this includes essential oils)

• Trace minerals or chemicals in water.
